Following Kiyosaki

I have been quite busy trying to build my business lately. I talk to a lot of medical practitioners, particularly dermatologists, as well as salon and spa owners. That’s only natural, of course, since I am a distributor of anti-aging products. I supply them skin care products that do not just target the signs of aging, but the sources of aging. I introduce them to the latest innovation that can erase up to 10 years’ worth of wrinkles in just 10 minutes. And that’s done painlessly, without the use of needles, by the way!

Today, I’m supposed to meet two more dermatologists at different hospitals, but I opted to stay home and rest. I’m not sure if this is the best decision for me, since time is of the essence, not to mention time is gold (money). However, I haven’t had some “me time” lately, and later this evening, I have to be out again to meet an old friend who needs help in managing his weight. Well, you’ve got it right: I also distribute weight management products that do not require a special diet, exercise routines, and harmful diet pills. In fact, our products are patented and are being distributed in 53 countries, which include the USA (where it’s also made), Singapore, and Japan – some of the countries that have the strictest regulations when it comes to food and drug safety.

It’s been two months since I really committed to do this business. I’ve been enjoying it so far; I like meeting people, answering their questions and questioning them as well, and I just love the fact that I’m not taking orders from anyone! I set my own deadlines, my goals, my rules. I even get to choose the people I would work with. I have to make sure, however, that I equip myself with the proper attitude and sufficient knowledge as I go out and share the products and the business as a whole with others.

I have been reading Robert Kiyosaki’s books and I have been learning a lot. Looking back, I’m glad that I have finally started to cross the line, that is, from employee (E) to self-employed (S), and now to being a business owner (B). My goal is to create my own enterprise and soon be able to invest (I) as well and just sit back and enjoy leveraged or passive income, so I could do the things that I dream of doing or having with my family, with no more worries about having lack of time or finances for a long period.

I wish I could teach everyone what I know or what I am doing now. I wouldn’t call myself successful yet, but I know I’m getting there. Besides, I’ve met a lot of people who happened to be my former schoolmates who have also ventured in the same line of business and are very successful now, so I am confident that reaching my goals is very possible too. But then, like this successful entrepreneur once said, only a person with big dreams and know what it means to work smart will be able to appreciate a distribution/virtual franchising business such as ours. I guess that accounts for the rejection I have received from individuals with whom I have tried to share the business, hoping that I could help them become free from the bondage of employment to creating their own wealth.

Anyway, if you’re interested to know more about this type of business, please watch the video of the Parable of the Pipeline (The Pablo and Bruno Story) first by Burke Hedges by following this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MQ3ZPx_5hhk. Let me know what you think of it!
