Looking back to the week that was, I can’t help but be grateful to God. There were a lot of heartaches and disappointments that my children and I had to deal with, but I am thankful because healing has finally started in our family, too. This week, I look at the things that I seem to be getting better at, such as relating to my kids, social networking, and blogging. On the other hand, I also see the things that I still need to get better at, such as recognizing my own shortcomings as a wife, parent, teacher, friend, and volunteer leader.
